About Khalid Otain

Khalid has developed extensive in-depth knowledge and experience in audits, taxation, litigation cases, zakat and corporate governance. Khalid has served as a member of number of professional organizations including the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA), the Saudi Institute of Internal Auditors and member of audit committee in number of major companies in Saudi Arabia.Khalid is also an approved Arbitrator in financial disputes by the Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia and licensed financial & administrative consultant by The Saudi  Ministry of Commerce & Investment.Before joining International Accountants, Khalid has served as a partner for one of the large accounting firm in the Middle East and as an active member of the management team of Big 4 practice in Saudi Arabia.Khalid plays a significant role on making high level representations of HLB International before the business and public communities in Saudi Arabia and abroad.
